Praise, Suggestions and Complaints
We welcome suggestions on how we can improve our college. We act on these wherever possible and report back on any action taken.
We always do our best to investigate concerns thoroughly and promptly.
We usually try to sort out problems informally. Formal suggestions and complaints should be made in writing and addressed to the Centre Co-ordinator for the appropriate centre.
