International Students
Welcome
We have over 18,000 students who choose to study at City College Birmingham each year. Of these, about 100 are international students. Our international students come from four continents and over twenty countries including Ghana, Gambia, Nigeria, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Japan, Korea, China, Jamaica, Trinidad, Grenada, Barbados, Zimbabwe, to mention a few. Many of our own home students have their family origins in these countries, so you will find City College Birmingham a welcoming place to study. At City College Birmingham, we value and respect the cultural heritages of all our students.
The college is committed to supporting all of its students. We provide a friendly and supportive environment. We will help you to make the right decisions and your education is important to us.
Birmingham is at the very centre of England and just a train journey away from London and other major cities in the UK, but significantly less expensive to live or study in.
